How much is a poop scoop pickup service?
  • Our services start at $89.99 a month, with pricing based on the number of dogs. If your yard hasn't been cleaned for a while, a one-time initial cleanup fee may apply, which will be assessed during our first visit or meet-up.

  • We offer weekly cleanups, invoiced monthly with no contracts required.

Do you offer one time clean ups?
  • Yes, we do offer one-time cleanups. Pricing starts from $54.99 and is dependent on the number of dogs.

How do you dispose of the waste?
  • We dispose of all pet waste responsibly by collaborating with local councils, following NSW state guidelines, and utilising waste management services. All pet waste is double-bagged and placed in your red bin for disposal.​

What areas of my property will you clean?
  • Our service targets the outdoor areas of your home where your dog spends time and does their business. For most people, this includes the entire backyard, flower beds, dog runs, and more. However, we understand that every home has a unique layout, and we tailor our service to fit the specific needs of your family.​

Do you ensure my dogs health and safety?
  • The safety of your family and dogs is our top priority. To keep all pets protected, we take proactive steps to prevent the spread of bugs, parasites, viruses, and other harmful diseases after each visit. This includes thoroughly sanitizing all pooper scooper tools, collection devices, containers, and personal footwear before and after every appointment.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
  • No, you don’t need to be home during our cleanup service. However, during our initial visit, you need to be home as we’ll meet you and your dog(s) to assess the areas that need cleaning. As long as we have access to your property, your scheduled cleanups will continue as usual.​

Can my dog be outside during your cleanup?
  • No, for safety reasons, we ask that you keep your dog indoors during the cleanup. This helps prevent any chance of escape and ensures the safety of both your pet and our team.

 

Can I request a specific time and day?
  • Of course! However, please note that we do not provide specific time slots for cleanups, as our routes are planned in advance. Our service operates on Thursdays and Fridays during daylight hours, between 9 AM and 6 PM. If you are scheduled for a specific day, we will make every effort to complete the job on that day.​

How do I pay for your services?
  • We operate on a monthly invoicing system, regardless of your service schedule. Invoices are issued at the time of quoting, before any work begins, and full payment is required to secure your booking. This initial payment can also be processed during our first meetup.

 

  • In some cases, we may provide a separate quote for an initial cleanup if your garden requires extra attention. This typically applies to properties that haven’t been cleaned in 3–6 months.

Are you insured?
  • We are currently undergoing the process of providing insurance.​

Can I cancel my service at any time?
  • Our services are billed on a month-to-month basis, giving customers the flexibility to adjust their cleanup schedules as needed. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, we encourage customers to pause their service before the upcoming billing period, allowing our team to complete the current cycle smoothly.

Do you work over holiday periods?
  • We do not operate on public holidays, but we may offer services during certain holiday periods to accommodate customer needs and optimize our schedule. Any changes will be communicated in advance to ensure minimal disruption during holiday events.​

Do you work in all weather conditions?
  • Yes, we operate in all weather conditions as long as it is safe to do so. However, in the case of severe weather—such as a thunder or lightning storm—we may need to pause work for safety reasons. If we are unable to complete a job due to adverse weather, we will make every effort to reschedule for the following day (weather permitting) or allocate extra time during your next scheduled appointment.
